ABOUT ME

   My name is Sue Helix and I am a singer song writer. I have been playing guitar and creating music since I was a ten. I grew up in a small fishing town on Long Island, NY.

A child of the 90's, my musical influences have been grunge and alternative styles. However, my true passion is blues and folk music.

 On a side note, I am a geologist and have my masters, so I try to "rock" in all ways. I have been to almost every continent. Traveling and having an interest in science has added a unique depth to my lyrics.
